Step by step
How it works
Step by step, to the finished piece
Upload the STL of the object you want to copy, or try an example shape.
Choose what you'll pour: wax, resin, soap or plaster. The mold adapts on its own.
Print the two halves and hold them shut with rubber bands.
Pour through the opening, let it harden and open the mold at the pry notches.
What to watch out for
- The STL has to be a closed solid, with no holes in the mesh.
- With resin, use a release agent. With wax, use PETG and pour low and slow: from up high it traps air and the candle gets bubbles.
