Returns and exchanges

1. Digital products (STL / OBJ / SVG)

Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds are issued once the file has been downloaded or access has been granted. This applies to:

• STL, OBJ or SVG files already downloaded
• Credits used to generate and download designs
• Custom designs already generated

Exception: if the downloaded file has a technical error (corrupted, or unprintable due to a defect on our side), we'll fix it or refund the credit used. Contact support within 7 days.

2. Physical prints

If you ordered a print from us and it arrives with manufacturing defects, our guarantee applies:

• Time frame: 30 days from the date the order is received
• What's covered: printing defects, parts broken in transit, wrong size due to our error
• What's not covered: poorly proportioned designs caused by the customer's own file, damage from improper use, or change of mind
• Process: send support photos of the defect along with your order number. We'll replace it at no extra cost or refund your money

3. Credits and subscriptions

• Unused credits: refundable within 14 days of purchase if you haven't downloaded any files with them
• Subscriptions: you can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. The current period is not refunded
• Duplicate charges: if we detect a duplicate charge made in error, we'll refund it in full, no questions asked

4. How to request a return

To request a return or report a problem:

1. Email us at soporte@kingscutter.com with the subject “Return request”
2. Include your order number or the email used for the purchase
3. Describe the problem and attach photos if applicable
4. We reply within 48 business hours

5. Refund timing

Once your request is approved:

• Credit or debit card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
• Mercado Pago: 1–5 business days
• Account credits: immediately
