Bead mold

Step by step

How it works

Step by step, to the finished piece

  1. 1

Choose how many cavities you want and the diameter of the smallest and largest bead.

  2. 2

Adjust the alignment pins and the needle guide.

  3. 3

Print the base and the lid.

  4. 4

Put a small ball of clay in each cavity, close, squeeze and pierce with the needle.

What to watch out for

  • This product doesn't use your image: everything is set from the panel.
  • Always use the same amount of clay so it doesn't squeeze out at the seam.

What you need

Materials and tools

  • A filament (FDM) 3D printer
  • PLA or PETG filament
  • Polymer clay or cold porcelain
  • A needle or a toothpick to pierce the beads
