The Sandwich Cutter cuts sandwich bread into the shape of your design, ideal for kids' lunches, parties, and fun presentations. It works like a basic cutter but designed for sandwich bread: taller height (30 mm) to go through the bread, and sharper edges for a clean cut without squashing.
Upload your design
Upload the design image for your sandwich to kingscutter.com/app. Simple shapes like stars, hearts, dinosaurs, or characters work best.
Select Sandwich Cutter
Choose Sandwich Cutter in the product selector. The parameters are pre-set for sandwich bread.
Adjust height
Recommended height: 30 mm (standard sandwich bread). For thick sandwich bread or brioche: 35-40 mm. Size: 7-12 cm (ideal for a standard slice of bread).
Download and print
PETG, 0.2 mm layer, 3 walls, 15% infill. Print with the edge facing up. Use a brim for better adhesion.
Let's cut sandwiches!
Press the cutter onto the bread firmly but without squashing. Remove the excess bread around. It also works with cheese, ham, and whole wheat sandwich bread.
Tip: for school lunches, combine the cutter with a stamp to imprint faces on the bread.
