Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name and email. We don't use passwords: you sign in with a code we send to your email or with your Google account.
• Usage data: generated designs, credits used, browsing history within the Service.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe / MercadoPago. We do not store card data.
• Technical data: IP, device type, browser, for security and analytics.
• Assistant and support: what you write in the assistant or in a ticket, the language, your approximate country, the page you write from and your email if you leave it, so we can reply (an AI or someone from our team answers). It's deleted after 90 days without activity; tickets, 90 days after they're closed.
• Cookies: essential (session) and analytics (PostHog, Google Analytics and our own visit counter). You can decline non-essential ones.

2. How we use your data

• Providing the Service (generating and saving designs, processing payments).
• Transactional communications (payment confirmations, order status changes).
• Product improvement through anonymous usage analysis.
• Marketing communications (only with your explicit consent, cancelable at any time).

3. Your rights (GDPR / LGPD)

• Access: request a copy of all your data in Settings → Export data.
• Rectification: update your data directly in Settings.
• Deletion (right to be forgotten): delete your account in Settings → Danger zone.
• Portability: export your designs at any time.
• Objection: cancel marketing communications from Settings → Preferences.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with: Stripe / MercadoPago (payments), PostHog (anonymous analytics), Google Analytics (visit statistics), infrastructure providers (under data processing agreements).

5. Data retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is erased within 30 days. Transaction records are retained for 7 years due to legal obligation.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies (necessary for the Service to work) and analytics cookies (optional). You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.

One of the essential cookies is called ck_disp. It stores a random identifier for your browser so we can count the month's free downloads and keep the free allowance from being repeated by opening several accounts. It doesn't store your name or email, isn't used for advertising or to track you on other sites, and lasts up to 400 days.

We count visits with our own counter, with no third-party services. It only works if you choose “Accept all”: then your browser stores a random identifier (ck_vid) unrelated to your name or email, and we note the page visited, the country, the device type and where you came from. If you choose “Essential only”, none of this is stored or sent. It is not shared with anyone and is not used for advertising. When you create an account, a mark (ck_reg) is left for a few minutes that only says which way you signed in, and it deletes itself. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser (ck-cookie-consent).

With “Accept all” we also record where you click on the site’s pages and in the designer: the position, the type of element and its visible name (for example, “Download”). It helps us see what is missing or unclear. We don’t record what you type in fields, numbers or email addresses, we don’t record your screen, and we don’t link it to your account. This data is deleted after 45 days.

If you write in “Something not working?” or “Can’t find what you’re looking for?” (they only appear with “Accept all”), we keep that text without your account or your internet address, we mask any emails or phone numbers in it, and we delete it after 45 days.
