What is a credit?

A credit is used to get premium designs from the community library and to use the AI features. Downloading your own STL files does not use credits: the Cutter downloads without limit on every plan, the rest of the free plan has 5 downloads a month, and Pro and Studio download everything without limit.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. Cancel whenever you want from your dashboard, no penalty and no questions. The credits you already have stay in your account.

Do credits expire?

No. Your plan credits are added to your balance every month and whatever you do not use stays there: they roll over and never expire. Neither do the packs you buy separately.

Can I 3D print the models I generate?

Yes. The STL files are yours forever: print them yourself or request a quote for the physical print from the orders page.

Is there a discount for small businesses?

We have a referral program: for every person who signs up with your link, you and they each get 2 credits. You can earn up to 100 credits from referrals.

Can I sell what I print?

Yes. The pieces you print are yours to sell, under your brand and in any quantity. The only thing you can't resell are the files.
