If you are from Brazil, no introduction is needed: brigadeiro is the king of parties. If you are not, let me tell you why this little chocolate treat conquered the world and became the star of weddings, birthdays and corporate events.
And there is a trend that keeps growing in 2026: personalized gourmet brigadeiros. It is no longer enough for them to taste incredible — now they also have to look incredible. Couples want their initials, companies their logo, parents their child's name.
The challenge: uniformity and branding
If you have ever made brigadeiros at home or to sell, you know the problem: getting them all the same size, with the same perfect shape, and decorated on top... takes patience. Silicone molds help, but getting the sweet out without breaking it is an art. And stamping a logo by hand? Another headache.
The solution: brigadeiro ejector and stamp
That is why at KingsCutter we created two products designed specifically for this treat:
- Brigadeiro Ejector: a cylindrical tube with a plunger that pushes the brigadeiro out of the mold in a single motion. Goodbye, misshapen sweets.
- Brigadeiro Stamp: a small disc (22 mm) with your design in relief. Stamp your logo, initials or drawing on top of each sweet, like the great chocolatiers.
How it works: from your idea to STL in seconds
The best part is that you do not need to know anything about 3D design:
- Upload an image: your logo, a flower, a heart, whatever you can imagine.
- Choose the Brigadeiro Ejector or Stamp (or both).
- KingsCutter's AI generates the STL file ready to print.
- Download and print on your 3D printer with food-grade PETG filament.
The first download is free. That simple: AI → STL → print → perfect brigadeiros.
Ideas to make the most of them
Weddings? Stamp the couple's initials on every sweet. Company? Your logo on the year-end event brigadeiros. Kids' party? The birthday child's name. Do you sell sweets? The gourmet presentation lets you charge more — and customers notice.
Beyond the brigadeiro
The same principle works across the whole KingsCutter catalog: cookie cutters, cake toppers, silicone molds, stencils, decorative stamps and more. All generated with AI from your images.
Prefer not to print? At store.kingscutter.com you will find physical cutters and stamps in food-grade PETG, ready to ship all over Brazil.

Does the ejector only unmold, or does it also set the size?
The ejector does both: it sets the brigadeiro size, because the tube diameter defines the portion, and it unmolds the sweet whole because the plunger pushes from below in a single motion. That push from the base is what prevents the classic problem of squashed sweets when you pull them out of the mold with your fingers.
The stamp finishes the job on top. With the 22 mm disc you press the raised design onto the surface of the moulded brigadeiro, so shape, size and branding line up across the whole tray instead of depending on a steady hand.
Data and measurements
| Item | Value | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Stamp disc diameter | 22 mm | Product information at kingscutter.com |
| Material | Food-grade PETG, safe for food contact (not PLA) | Product specification at kingscutter.com |
| Handle (puxador) | Included with the physical pieces; not a separate accessory | Product information at kingscutter.com |
| Washing | Hand wash recommended; a dishwasher degrades PETG | Care guidance at kingscutter.com |
| Working surfaces | Brigadeiro, tempered chocolate, fondant, polymer clay, foam and salt dough | Usage notes at kingscutter.com |
| Unmolding | The piece releases whole in a single plunger motion | Our own measurement in the workshop |
| Stamp coverage | The 22 mm disc covers the top of a traditional brigadeiro and leaves a clean border around the relief | Our own measurement in the workshop |
Based on our own measurement in the workshop, the ejector releases the piece whole in a single motion when the sweet is cold and has already firmed up: if the brigadeiro is still soft, the tube wall drags it and the shape is lost on the way out.
En la práctica
Based on our own measurement in the workshop, the 22 mm disc covers the top of a traditional brigadeiro and leaves a clean border around the relief, so the logo reads in full without touching the edge of the sweet. That margin is also what makes the stamp work well with short text: a couple's initials or a brand name.
From idea to STL to the event tray
The route is always the same: upload an image, choose Brigadeiro Ejector or Stamp, and download a print-ready file. If you are producing at volume, it pays to pair the 2 pieces with a mold: see our guide to custom silicone molds to see how mold, ejector and stamp chain together in one workflow.
For weddings, birthdays and corporate orders, this pair of pieces changes the final result: the tray looks consistent and every sweet carries the brand with no hand work. The first download is free with no card, so you can design your own stamp and test it before producing at scale at design at kingscutter.com. If you would rather receive printed pieces, the physical store ships to several countries, and if you sell sweets to order, see selling decorated cookies from home for the business side.
